On October 2, 2020, Goldstadt Privatklinik presented Mini-PCNL according to Lahme in an international webinar. In addition to Prof. Dr. S. Lahme, other internationally renowned speakers from around the world participated in the webinar: Dr. Sanay Khadgi (Nepal), Dr. S. K. Pal (India), Prof. Guohua Zeng (China), Dr. William Finch (UK), Dr. Guido Giusti (Italy), Dr. Abdul Latif (Kuwait), Dr. Manta Gupta (USA).

The presentation "Mini-PCNL: the way I do it" was broadcast live from the operating room of Goldstadt Privatklinik Pforzheim and was followed by urologists worldwide as part of the webinar.

Mini-PCNL in adults with a specially designed mini-nephroscope was first introduced by Prof. Dr. med. S. Lahme in 2001. Since then, this surgical method has practically established itself as a new standard in percutaneous surgical technique worldwide. In recent years, interesting modifications of Mini-PCNL, such as Ultra-Mini-PCNL and Super-Mini-PCNL, have been introduced. In connection with these minimally invasive endoscopic surgical methods, Prof. Dr. S. Lahme holds a guest professorship in Guangzhou, China.
