The PURE UROLOGY Facebook Group is a network of more than 6000 urologists worldwide who are involved in operative techniques of urology. The group is organized by Dr. V. Chandra Mohan from Hyderabad, India.

On August 29, 2021, a webinar on the topic of instrumentation and technique of percutaneous nephrolithotomy (Mini-PCNL) took place. Alongside 2 renowned Indian urologists, a urologist from Nepal and Prof. Dr. med. S. Lahme participated as speakers. During the webinar, topics such as technique, renal puncture, dilation of the percutaneous tract, type of nephroscope used, method of stone disintegration, and post-operative urinary diversion were discussed. More than 1000 urologists from around the world participated in the live stream, which was also broadcast from the Goldstadt Privatklinik.

In India, kidney stone disease is a common problem, and many patients have large kidney stones that need to be removed percutaneously. Mini-PCNL has also become established as a new method for percutaneous kidney stone treatment in India. Prof. Dr. med. S. Lahme has demonstrated Mini-PCNL at scientific congresses in India seven times. For this reason, the Goldstadt Privatklinik participates in scientific congresses in India on the topic of Mini-PCNL every year, sometimes multiple times.
